We supported the design-through-launch of a new online-learning initiative for one of the largest public university systems in the United States. The project entailed extensive stakeholder input: 5,000 survey responses, 300 faculty interviews, and ten days of community-working sessions. The initiative enabled improved access to high-growth job opportunities across the university system and defined the necessary technology and organizational structures for its continued success.

We partnered with a flagship state university to identify ways to improve its return and maximize the impact of new investments. Through engagement with more than 300 faculty and staff members, we helped to deliver impact in athletics, auxiliary revenues, enrollment, online growth, procurement, research, and student success. The institution saw a five percent increase in freshman enrollment, a ten percent increase in transfer enrollment, new research partnerships implemented, and net surplus captured from negotiation of contracts and savings from procurement initiatives.

Le Huong leads a multi-national team in Vietnam, Australia and the UK that provide advisory services for all aspects of investment, including property, education & finance.

With over 15 years of working experience, Le Huong is an experienced and respected business professional and leader with broad experience in Vietnam as well as in Australia and internationally.

She has a passion and commitment to make available education and training for all people in Vietnam and is a firm believer in advancing the core values of humanity through with a broad vision to apply smart business practices to advance the role of education and training as an enabler for social well-being.

Le Huong attracts many talented leaders from around the world to help this cause. She is also dedicated to supporting the Vietnamese community through charitable endeavors throughout Vietnam, Australia & UK.

Le Huong graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Australia and is a frequent speaker at municipal functions and events. She lives in Sydney Australia and Hanoi, Vietnam.

Huong is the Key Official of the International Cooperation Department, Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam from 2007. She is responsible for promoting education cooperation between Vietnam and the UK and Northern Western countries. Before that, she worked as a Programme Officer for the Primary Education Teacher Development Project at the Ministry. She holds a BA of International Relations at the Academy of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam, and an MA in International Relations at Northampton University, UK.

She graduated from Ha Noi Pedagogy University in 1980. Then She worked as a literature teacher in Ly Thuong Kiet high school from 1980 to 2005. She always got excellent teacher certificate during this time. In 2005, she had retired. Then, she worked as Chairman of Ha Noi Disable Association. During working the Ha Noi Disable Association, she contributed her life to develop the life of the disable people and difficult situation. She organized the classes and working opportunities for the blind or movement disability.
Nguyen Thi Thuy Ngan
International Course Advisor Coordinator
He started my work career at Hanoi University of Mining and Geology (HUMG) in 2016 after graduating from Diplomatic Academic of Vietnam. At HUMG, he worked in Advanced Program where he had the chance to work with Professors from U.C Davis and students of HUMG in many academic activities. The time working at HUMG helped him understand how the university administration process and gained valuable experiences in teacher training and curriculum design.

In 2018, he worked at Department for Foreign Affairs (DFA) on foreign affairs for one year. From 2019-2022, he was back to work in the HUMG and keep working there until November 2022, then he has been working at Internation Cooperation Department - Ministry of Education and Training. He has been involved in holding national and regional cooperation between MOET and many International Organizations such as APEC, UN, UNESCO, etc. During my working time, it has helped him understand more deeply about the field of state management, regulations, policies, and ways of mobilizing in the education sector in particular as well as in the state apparatus in general.
